Town Clerk Sarah Hopper reported that Ross Vaden had expressed willingness to serve if appointed and that Tracy Blackard had agreed to continue serving until a replacement was found. Councilmember Doug Cardwell moved to appoint Vaden; Councilmember John Miller seconded. The motion carried with Councilmembers Cardwell, Letitia Goard, John Miller and Buck Shelton voting aye.
No additional conditions or terms were recorded in the meeting minutes; staff will update commission membership records accordingly.
