The Orford selectboard met April 29, 2026, and recorded that the cost to reclaim a section of Archertown Road under Warrant Article #10 will remain the same as the prior estimate, town road agent Nutter confirmed. The board also noted that, per prior discussion at its April 22 meeting, no paving on that section will be done this year.
The meeting began at 9:00 a.m. and listed Selectboard members Kevin Follensbee, Charles Smith Jr. and Larry Taylor as present, with road agent Nutter and meeting recorder Esther Dobbins-Marsh also noted in the minutes. Nutter told the board the reclamation cost remains unchanged from the earlier estimate; the minutes do not record a dollar amount.
Following that acknowledgement, Selectboard member Kevin Follensbee moved to adjourn; Larry Taylor seconded. The motion passed 3–0, and the meeting adjourned at 9:30 a.m. The minutes are signed "Respectfully Submitted, Esther Dobbins-Marsh."
