Marshville council adopts 2025 audit, approves tentative awards for lagoon dredging and wastewater project

Deese also presented a Phase 1 bid for the wastewater flow redirect project from Dellinger, Inc. at $8,591,940. Deese said he had sent a letter to DWI to ask whether Phase 2 funds could be used for Phase 1 and that staff was exploring other financing options. Mayor Pro-tem Staton moved and Member Gary Leak seconded a resolution for a tentative award at $8,591,940; the council approved the motion (all ayes).
