At the March 4 meeting the Town of Plaistow Planning Board approved the minutes of its Feb. 18, 2026 meeting and handled several procedural items.
R. Anthony moved and R. LeClaire seconded to accept the Feb. 18 minutes as presented; the motion passed 3-0-1 with K. Robinson abstaining. Chair Richard Anthony then appointed alternate Nolan Pelletier as a voting member in place of the excused Secretary Dan Kane for the evening’s business.
In new business Planning Technician Shea Ramaker asked who would attend Seacoast Housing Conversations sessions — an in-person meeting in Exeter on March 5 and a virtual session on March 12 — and several board members indicated they would attend the virtual session. The board reviewed its current financial status.
Pelletier asked about state notice requirements and noted that the Eagle Tribune posting may not consistently appear in print. Ramaker said legal notices must be posted in print at least 10 days before hearings and that she has been posting notices on the Town website; Pelletier suggested adding a legal-notice section to the website to ensure broader access.
With no additional business the board adjourned at 8:15 PM.
