Dr. Bernadette Todacheene moved to enter executive session for personnel matters; Craig Lee Sandoval seconded the motion. The board entered Executive Session at 2:37 PM and returned at 3:12 PM.
After returning to open session, Lynwandowski Filfred, Human Resources Manager, reviewed personnel documents including resignations, new hires, stipends and a job description amendment. The board approved Personnel Items A–D with a motion by Dr. Bernadette Todacheene, seconded by Craig Lee Sandoval. Vote: 3-0-0.
