Commission approves survey of long-standing Russell Street easement strip

Next steps: staff will execute the survey under the city contract and forward the results to land-use and planning; no sale or other disposition is planned beyond the abandonment process. The motion passed after a second and the commission directed staff to proceed with the survey.
