Committee concludes food-service outsourcing is not a near-term priority; fund appears solvent

Staff said the discussion should be captured in the minutes so the full board understands the committee's current stance that outsourcing is not a priority while the fund remains solvent.
The committee concluded to monitor the food-service finances and revisit outsourcing only if the fund's position deteriorates or other operational needs arise. Minutes will note the discussion for the full-board agenda.
