Westgate CRA approves $19,951 aerator replacement at Dennis Koehler Preserve

Executive Director Elize9e Michel presented a vendor quote from Future Horizons for loyalty replacement units, to be installed using existing panels and cables and covered by a new five-year warranty. Staff requested board authorization to proceed at a cost of $19,951.13.
On a motion by Ruth Haggerty and seconded by Teliska Wolliston, the board approved the expenditure; the motion passed 4-0.
Michel did not present alternate vendor quotes at the meeting. The board provided authorization for staff to move forward; procurement and installation details were not discussed in depth on the record and will be handled by staff under existing purchasing rules.
