Brentwood Planning and Zoning Commission approves officer slate; resigns recognized

The Brentwood Planning and Zoning Commission approved a slate of officers and completed routine housekeeping at its June 10 meeting. Commissioner Sheri Bilderback moved to approve Hart Nelson for chairman, Mark Favazza for vice‑chairman and Paul Moran for secretary; Commissioner Carl Karlen seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The commission approved the April 8 and May 13, 2026 meeting minutes by acclamation and recorded no citizen comments. Chair Hart Nelson announced that Mr. Jeff Hunt had resigned and thanked him for his service to the city. Director of Planning and Development Ms. Kelly reported that several items are scheduled for review at the commission's next meeting on July 8, 2026.
The meeting convened at approximately 6:29 p.m. and adjourned at 6:41 p.m.
