Shawn Yesner, president of the Westchase Community Association, called a special board meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. on Aug. 16 at the Swim & Tennis Centers activity room, following a resident forum held immediately beforehand.
Under New Business, representatives from Inframark presented a management proposal to the board. The Inframark team in attendance included Ariana Lento (Marketing & Business Development), Sarah Hudson (Director of Continuous Improvements), Chris Tarase (President of Community Management), Katie Ivanics (Director of Community Management), Terry Satterwhite (Director of Field Operations) and Myla Moon (Director of Business Development, Marketing & Lifestyle). Each team member delivered a portion of the presentation.
After the presentation the board engaged in a question-and-answer period, during which board members offered comments and questions about the proposal. The meeting was then opened to association members in attendance for public comment; each speaker was allotted three minutes. Following the public comment period, Inframark staff were asked to exit the meeting so the board and association members could confer privately.
The meeting record shows no formal vote or motion on the proposal during the session. The special meeting was adjourned at 9:30 p.m.; the minutes were signed by Terry Boyd, Secretary of the association.
No next steps or formal decisions were recorded in the minutes provided.
