Senarighi described last year's water hookup near the water tower and said organizers are working with the Fire Department and to locate used fire hose for washing trucks; he said the event is a community, non-profit effort and that organizers expect to borrow bleachers from the ball field or local school. He also confirmed plans for a mud bog similar to last year and a large tent for activities.
Later in the meeting the council approved Wright's Senior Citizens to host bingo on August 8, 2026 at the Ma & Pa Kettle Days event.
Organizers and councilors did not finalize logistics on water billing; Senarighi stated no one is making money from the event and that organizers will consult the Fire Department about hookups and water use.
