Jemez Springs planning commission reviews zoning code sections 130-19C–130-20D

Betsy Daub, chair of the Village of Jemez Springs Planning and Zoning Commission, called a special ordinance review workshop to order at 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 12, 2025, at the Josephine Shephard Memorial Building conference room.
At the start of the meeting, the commission certified the agenda as posted in accordance with the New Mexico Open Meetings Act. Commissioners present were Betsy Daub (chair), Sean Cridland (vice chair), Talia Michelle (secretary) and Fred Simmank; Susanna Cooper and Cliff Elliott were absent. No guests were recorded.
The commission reviewed sections of the village zoning ordinance identified as Code 130-19C through 130-20D. Members concluded the workshop by agreeing to resume consideration of Code 130-21 at a future meeting; no ordinance votes or final actions on code amendments were recorded in the minutes.
Commission staff reminded members of the commission’s regular meeting scheduled for Aug. 26. The special workshop adjourned at 8:16 p.m.
