At its Jan. 26 meeting the Village of Kimberly Board approved several routine items in a single business block and later met in closed session on a TID matter.
Trustee Lee Hammen moved and Trustee Marcia Trentlage seconded approval of a four‑lot Certified Survey Map for Parcels 250‑088702, 250‑088703 and 250‑088704 provided an easement is executed to provide access to Lots 2 and 3; the motion carried unanimously. Trustee Marcia Trentlage moved and Trustee Tom Gaffney seconded an update to the 2026 fee schedule to include the water utility's real estate closing account charge, effective Feb. 1, 2026; that motion also carried unanimously.
Later the board moved into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) to discuss competitive or bargaining matters related to properties located in Tax Increment District No. 6. The motion to enter closed session carried unanimously at 5:20 p.m. The minutes state there was no action taken on closed session matters. The board adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
