Chris Orsack was not present to speak but the council discussed site conditions and recent improvements by neighboring property owners.
A motion to grant the variance was made and seconded; the motion carried by voice vote with no opposition recorded. Staff said the permit would remain subject to local RV ordinance regulations and related permitting requirements.
Council approved the variance as a site-specific change rather than part of a broader policy change on RV permits.
