Greenacre Properties presented a management proposal to the Westchase Community Association Board of Directors at a special meeting on Aug. 12, 2024, in the Swim & Tennis Centers activity room at 10405 Countryway Blvd. Jamie Bryan, Greenacre’s chief operating officer, led the presentation to the board and to attending association members.
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Shawn Yesner, Westchase board president, following the resident forum. Board members listed as present in the minutes were Jim Brinker, Yesner, Terry Boyd, Jack Maurer and Rick Goldstein; Michiel Oostenbrink and Michele Delsordo were recorded absent. The Pledge of Allegiance was performed.
Representatives from Greenacre Properties in attendance included owner and CEO Ryan Greenacre; Jamie Bryan, COO; Janet MacNealy, senior vice president of management operations; Ron Long, vice president of management operations; Kedian Muhametaj, vice president of accounting services; and Lizzie Callaway, director of training. After introductions, Jamie Bryan proceeded with the presentation. The minutes state that, following the presentation, each board member offered comments and questions for Greenacre but do not record the substance of those remarks.
