Members discussed the co-chair role is not intended as an automatic succession path but is a working role to lead meetings when the chair is unavailable and to assist with administrative tasks. The board confirmed a monthly chair's breakfast hosted by Wendy and noted the co-chair may need to present at town meeting if the item is not on the consent agenda.
The board set July 8 as the next meeting date and adjourned after confirming officers.
