Commissioners referenced earlier instances in town where similar proposals had not been approved and said they wanted up‑to‑date drawings and information about the material source before making a decision.
The commission asked staff to locate past decisions for consistency and to request more detailed plans from the applicant before the matter returns to the agenda. No permit decision was made at the meeting.
