"We are holding a public meeting on the issue of reemploying Mitchell Hirsch following retirement under the state Teachers Retirement System of Ohio in the position of teacher at West Central," the Chair said. When the board checked for speakers, Dr. Moore reported there were no attendees who wished to be heard.
Board members briefly confirmed the hearing was the portion of the meeting for that item and allowed an opportunity for any comments; none were offered at the meeting.
