"Administrator Braband will draft a final version to be reviewed by the Council and ready for possible adoption at the March 4, 2026 Council meeting," the record states.
No formal vote on the handbook itself was recorded at the workshop. The only formal action documented was a motion to close the workshop: at 5:20 p.m. Council member Rose Potter moved to close the workshop and Council member Walter Chase seconded; the motion was approved unanimously by those present.
