Ranlo board adopts resolution to accept state funds for lead service line work

The staff member emphasized this step is largely administrative: “This is basically telling the state, yes, we’ve completed the steps and we’d like to accept the funds,” they said, adding the appropriation will allow the finance director to create an account to manage the project.
The board took no additional substantive policy action on the project scope in the meeting; staff said further design, procurement and project-level decisions will come back to the board as needed.
