Christina Livingston moved to approve the agenda with added changes; Kathy Vickery seconded and the committee approved the amended agenda by a 4-0 vote. Nick Lindsey moved to approve the March 5, 2026 minutes; Christina Livingston seconded and the minutes were approved 4-0. At 6:07 p.m., a motion to adjourn by Nick Lindsey, seconded by Kathy Vickery, passed 5-0.
The committee reviewed upcoming events scheduled for May–August, including the Flower Moon ride on May 1, the Ride of Silence on May 20, the Full Moon ride on May 31, Summerfest on June 6 and other seasonal activities. Members noted logistics for the May 1 ride (Amanda Aburto has circulated the route by email and is awaiting a GIS JPG) and discussed training: a new class is scheduled for April 19, with Amanda Aburto checking registration and preparing an email blast. Carmichael Rink was identified as a potential site for classes.
On Summerfest planning, Kathy Vickery asked what details to include and whether the Recreation Center could provide staff for the long day; Amanda Aburto said she would add the request to the calendar. Under updates, members discussed adding a bike lane and a roundabout on Sable and noted that "Dr. Cog" finalized the master plan the committee had been working on.
The subcommittee’s regular meeting schedule was confirmed for the second Wednesday of each month at 5:30–7:30 p.m. at the MSC Building; the next meeting is May 13, 2026.
