Plan Commission agrees to proceed with SR-1 design overlay revisions but delays publication

"Motion by Lilla, second by Reid, to proceed with the proposed revisions for the SR-1 Village Special Design Review District (Overlay) but to delay publication until a hearing is scheduled for another item," the minutes record. The motion was adopted with all commissioners present voting in favor.
The minutes do not include the substance of the draft revisions or a date for the planned hearing; the commission chose to delay public notice until the hearing is scheduled. No public comment on the SR-1 revisions was recorded in the minutes.
