Riverside Township trustees approved the general warrant for July 2026 and ratified several additional warrants, the board reported.
What the board approved Trustee Heilenbach moved and Trustee DeCossela seconded a motion to accept payment of bills identified in the general warrant for July 2026 in the amount of $21,426.34. Clerk Reyes called the roll; recorded affirmative votes and the motion carried.
The board also ratified the following warrants as presented for July 2026: the utility warrant for $1,411.08; the payroll warrant for $18,776.46; the health warrant for $3,596.94; the general assistance warrant for $11,391.56; and the food pantry warrant for $835.27. A subsequent motion to approve these itemized warrants was seconded and approved on roll call.
Vote and procedure The clerk called the roll for the general-warrant motion; trustees and Supervisor Wilt recorded affirmative votes as called, and the chair declared the motion carried. For the itemized warrants the clerk conducted a separate roll call and the motions were carried.
