Fraser Planning Commission appoints Bob Gnuse chair, Andy Miller vice chair

The Fraser Planning Commission on May 27 voted 6-0 to appoint Bob Gnuse as chair and Andy Miller as vice chair.
Commissioner Katie Soles moved the appointment and Commissioner Margaret Bowles seconded. Chair Andy Miller immediately transferred the gavel to the newly appointed Chair Gnuse, who presided over the remainder of the meeting. The commission also welcomed Amanda Erath as a new commissioner replacing Joy McCoy, who resigned in January 2026.
The leadership change came at the start of a regular meeting that proceeded to full agenda items, including continuation of the Fraser Public Works Facility FPDP public hearing and consideration of multiple Grand Park West Mountain FPDPs. The commission approved the agenda and the March 25, 2026 minutes by unanimous votes earlier in the meeting.
The Commission listed the Fraser Public Works Facility and the renoticed Grand Park FPDP planning areas 7W/8WA on its future agenda.
