Planning board approves lot line change on Frozen Ridge Road

Patricia Brooks, project surveyor and planner, said the plan conveys a 4.7‑acre parcel to an existing 1.3‑acre lot, producing resultant lots of about 6.08 and 4.46 acres. She said the Zoning Board of Appeals granted the required variances on Dec. 23 and the relevant note was added to the map as Note 13.
Planning consultant Pat Hines confirmed adjoiner notices had been sent, that the matter is a Type II action under SEQRA and that no public hearing was required. After a motion by Kenneth Mennerich and a second by Stephanie DeLuca, the board voted unanimously to approve the lot line change; next steps are payment of fees and presentation of the plat for signature.
