Planning commission forwards multiple annexations, rezoning requests and concept plans to City Council

Separately, the commission proposed a text amendment to the zoning ordinance to address historic register property designations after Ben Lott, chairman of the Design Review Board, outlined delays homeowners face when designations are missing. The commission voted to forward the amendment to City Council for consideration.
A multifamily parking requirements update was also recommended to City Council. Commissioners said the update will proceed through the council for final approval.
