Plymouth housing trust to seek Planning Board meeting to present programs and collaboration opportunities

The Plymouth Affordable Housing Trust discussed arranging a presentation to the Planning Board to explain Trust programs and opportunities for collaboration on future housing projects. Chair Bill Keohan reported he contacted Chair Steve Bolotin to discuss the idea but that no formal request had yet been filed; members agreed to place the item on the Trust's next agenda for follow-up.
Keohan outlined two possible approaches: present during a regular Planning Board meeting or provide an overview of the Trust's programs and resources at a separate session. The Planning Board will review the Trust's proposal and provide potential meeting dates so the Trust can return with a formal request.
Trust members framed the outreach as an opportunity to coordinate permitting and project planning with the local land-use board. No formal action or vote was taken at the June 17 meeting.
