Stamping Ground commission signs revised Emergency Operations Plan with cybersecurity and shelter updates

The Stamping Ground commission on Dec. 3 approved a revised Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) that the presenter said includes new cybersecurity provisions and recognizes a newly available shelter.
Michael Hennigan asked the commission to approve the updated plan and said he would provide printed and electronic signed copies to City Hall, the fire department and the police department. He also said he would provide keys to Chief Don Whitlock and Assistant Chief Tackett for the new shelter.
Commissioner Jennifer Jones moved to sign the plan as presented; Commissioner Kendra Murphy seconded the motion and the commission approved it unanimously. The commission’s action was recorded in the meeting minutes.
