Patterson appeared on behalf of the local school to discuss possible options for increasing residential housing supply and was present during the board’s review of the plan and study. The board also reviewed the Municipal Annual Certification of Program Compliance for 2025 (Resolution #683) and approved it by motion of Trustee Nash with a second by Trustee Norman; the documents were signed by the chairman.
