Staff said the structure is intended as a guest house and would not be used as a rental.
A representative for the property indicated compliance with the permit conditions and the board moved and seconded to approve the application. "That's good," a board member said after staff confirmed the documentation.
The approval was recorded without additional conditions and passed by voice vote.
