The Tresco Lot Consolidation plan, previously discussed at the Dec. 3 meeting, was placed on the Jan. 7 agenda but neither the applicant nor the agent was present to accept conditions or answer questions. Because of their absence the Commission declined to review the plan and instead voted unanimously to table the application for lack of representation.
Commissioners recorded that motions to review and accept the plan were not acted on due to the applicant’s absence; the Commission asked that the applicant appear at a future meeting to permit substantive consideration and any recommended conditions to be accepted.
