The Littleton Community Preservation Committee reorganized its leadership and approved payment of its annual dues to the Community Preservation Coalition at its July 15 meeting.
Carolyn Mueller was nominated for chair and the committee confirmed Mitt Wanzer as vice chair; members also nominated Andrew as clerk and appointed Mueller as the committee signatory for official documents. Committee members completed a roll-call vote on administrative appointments and on the motion to pay the Coalition annual dues for fiscal 2027. The motion to pay the Coalition dues was moved by a committee member and seconded; the roll call recorded unanimous support.
The moderator noted the committee relied on AI‑assisted minutes recently but agreed a clerk remains useful for occasional recording or upload duties. Mitt Wanzer said he could adjust his schedule to be available on Wednesdays to help with planning and in‑person meetings, adding, "I commit to that." The committee instructed staff to post the dues payment to the upcoming consent or administrative warrant.
No dissenting votes were recorded and the committee closed this portion of the meeting without further administrative business.
