The Twin Lakes Homeowners Association board met on June 17, 2026, and unanimously approved several administrative and community measures, including lake water testing and treatment and two homeowner payment plans decided after an executive session.
The most consequential vote authorized lake water testing and any necessary treatment up to a maximum cost of $10,000. President Tom Brunner moved the measure; Vice President Craig Brown seconded. The board voted unanimously to approve the action.
The board also approved a clarification to the association's waterfront fencing rules. Vice President Craig Brown introduced the change; Tom Brunner seconded. The board minutes state the new wording had been reviewed and approved by the HOA's legal counsel before the vote.
Earlier in the meeting Ray Faccenda moved to approve the May 20, 2026 minutes; Tim Walls seconded and the minutes were approved unanimously. The board voted unanimously to purchase a new computer for property manager Gayle DuƯ after Tom Brunner moved the motion and William Herbert seconded.
Following an executive session held from 7:45 p.m. to 8:12 p.m., the board considered two requests for payment plans related to unpaid dues. The proposals for properties identified in the minutes as 05052 and 04022 were presented and each payment-plan request was approved unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m. The board listed its next meeting for July 15, 2026, at the HOA office at 3420 SW 320th St., Suite B-3.
