Megan Smith and President Jesse Settlemyer said it would be fair to use 710 funds to reimburse coaches for required training costs and Dosko said he and a staff member, Liz, would continue conversations with HR to identify a practical reimbursement pathway.
The board agreed in principle to pursue a reimbursable approach but did not adopt a formal reimbursement policy at the meeting.
