Salem Township supervisors adopted a resolution setting 2026 sewage rental rates and accepted state grant funding for local park improvements at their Jan. 21 meeting.
By unanimous vote the board adopted Resolution #6‑2026 establishing sewage rental rates for 2026; Kerry Jobe said FTMSA’s rate decreased by $0.29, making the township charge $73.70.
The supervisors also approved Resolution #7‑2026 to enter a grant agreement with the Commonwealth Financing Authority/DCED Greenways, Trails and Recreation Program for a $150,000 award toward Seanor Farm Park Phase 3 ballfield improvements. Kerry Jobe said the township had requested $250,000 and received $150,000 through ACT 13 funding.
Both resolutions were approved unanimously.
