County renews Granicus SmartGov permitting subscription with reduced increases and Bluebeam integration

The board approved the renewal 3-0.
Wharregard said the county has used the platform since 2018 to manage building permits, planning applications, inspections, and digital records. The updated agreement converts Josephine County from a limited user license to an enterprise agreement to allow additional departments to use the software without raising subscription costs. He also described ongoing digitization of historical permit records and integrations with GIS and Laserfiche.
Commissioners commended Community Development’s efforts to modernize permitting services and maintain long-term access to county records. Commissioner Colene M. Martin moved to approve the Granicus LLC subscription invoice for $55,607.63; Commissioner Gary L. Richardson seconded. The motion carried 3-0.
