City staff to launch updated East Grand Forks municipal code online with version tracking

She demonstrated site features including a left‑hand table of contents, the ability to print selected sections or export Word files, and a future "show changes" view that will display redlines as ordinances are modified.
Renee said new ordinances will appear on the online page for approximately six to 12 months before they are merged into the codified text, and users can enroll to receive email notices when changes occur. Staff said the conversion improves public visibility of ordinance changes and makes it easier for council members and residents to track updates.
