Westminster council approves $69,329.89 contract for annual road striping

At its meeting, the Westminster Mayor and Common Council voted to award the FY27 annual road‑striping contract to Driven Pavement Maintenance & Services LLC, doing business as Everline Coatings and Services, for $69,329.89.

City staff told the council the city issued a request for bids on April 27, 2026, with responses due May 28, 2026, and received a single compliant bid for the project. "Staff recommends that the mayor and common council accept the bid by Driven Pavement Maintenance and Services LLC dba Ever Line Coatings and Services Baltimore, NE in the amount of $69,329.89 for annual road striping," the public works presenter said during the meeting.
