Separately, Councilmember Lynn Screen reported that 267 Homes Tour tickets were sold and net proceeds were approximately $3,800; the Council approved sharing 50% of the net with Clifton Second Baptist Church to fund HVAC and accessibility improvements.
Follow-up tasks recorded in the minutes include processing approved invoice payments and researching the NOVEC account credit; the Treasurer will also coordinate transfers and the donation disbursement.
