Clifton selects Revize for new town website; contract approved

Committee materials show Revize offered design and implementation for $12,250 with yearly maintenance at $3,300 and a 3–7 month implementation timeline; Granicus proposals ranged from $20,874 to $28,329 for implementation with yearly maintenance quoted at $13,459.53. The Communications Committee recommended Revize as the best balance of capability and cost, and Councilmember Mary Hess moved to move forward with the Revize contract as presented; Mayor Tom Peterson seconded and the motion was approved by roll call, 4–0.
Committee materials note Revize’s platform supports content management, calendar and file management, role-based access, online forms and linkage to payment portals. The committee also had follow-up questions for Revize about increasing CMS users under the maintenance fee and reducing features not needed (for example, text alerts).
Next steps: Town staff to finalize contract details with Revize and address outstanding questions on user counts and feature scope; a social-media discussion is planned before implementation.
