Auburn Community Junior Players stage Disney’s Newsies Junior July 24–26 at Auburn Riverside Theatre

The Auburn Community Junior Players will present Disney’s Newsies Junior with performances scheduled for Friday, July 24 at 7 p.m.; Saturday, July 25 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.; and Sunday, July 26 at 2 p.m. at Auburn Riverside Theatre, city officials said.
Jim Kleinbeck, Auburn’s theater program coordinator, said the production grew out of a three‑week youth camp that enrolled roughly 55 children this year. "Come see 55 kids have the best time of their life," Kleinbeck said, describing auditions, rehearsals and the staff support behind the camp.
Kleinbeck told listeners that tickets are on sale at the city website (Auburnwah.gov/theater) and that the current online listing shows only the four performances for this production; season programming for Bravo was still being finalized. He encouraged families and community members to attend in support of the performers and local arts programming.
