The Plan Commission heard a briefing June 29 that the Village of Plover’s Community Development Department will create an online Housing Community Survey titled “The Future of Housing in Plover.” Adam DeKleyn said the survey will be distributed online and a QR code will be included in the Fall Village Newsletter so residents can respond easily. The survey will collect demographic information and the commission was asked to send suggested questions to Community Development staff.
DeKleyn also provided department highlights: continuing residential growth in the village; construction of an Olive Garden in Crossroads Commons; the grand opening of the Plover YMCA; and forthcoming openings for Becca’s Café and Stone Harvest Wine Lounge.
No formal action was taken on the survey at the commission meeting; staff will develop the survey and return with results or an outreach summary in a future communication.
