Mercer mayor presents deed and power easement for planned community center; transfer recorded to cover survey costs

Mayor Thomsen presented a copy of the recorded deed and the Ottertail Power easement map and contract for the proposed new Mercer community center and said council members reviewed the documents and discussed preliminary cost estimates.
Thomsen also reported a reimbursement transfer made Nov. 25, 2025: funds were moved from the New MCC Building Savings Account #8304 to the General Bank Account #0709 to reimburse survey costs paid by check #021390 on May 15, 2025 to Moore Engineering, Inc. No formal project vote or procurement decision was recorded at the Dec. 11 meeting.
Council Member Randy Zinke was absent, so there was no Zinke project report at the meeting.
