Resident says Selectboard committed $700,000 for trucks without proper competitive process

Labrecque also said some repair proposals were considered but that documentation and competitive comparisons were not sufficiently presented to the Selectboard. He urged department heads to route proposals to the Town Manager and to the board only after competitive sourcing and internal review to ensure cost efficiency.
