Representatives from Jaynes Corporation and FBT Architects and FCI Construction briefed the Navajo Preparatory School Board on multiple campus facilities projects during the Feb. 20 meeting.
Neil Dolder, Tim Broeren and Paul Martinez of Jaynes Corporation presented a schedule overview, phasing plan and design for student home HVAC upgrades and kitchen renovations, describing sequencing and next steps for procurement and construction.
For the Indigenous STEAM Facility, Matt Aupperle and Bryan Gadd of FCI Construction, joined by FBT Architects’ Sanjay Engineer, Jeremy Trumble and Diana Duran, showed updated renderings, a landscape plan and a construction schedule. FBT Architects then reviewed Master Plan Re-Design survey results and discussed proposed security and access-control elements and the Master Plan’s project goals.
Board members thanked presenters and requested continued coordination on schedules and security planning as projects advance toward construction and funding approvals.
