The Boswell Town Council approved its Oct. 8 and Oct. 28, 2024 meeting minutes and approved accounts payable vouchers at the Nov. 12 meeting, Council President Mike Brody said.
Councilman Jake Foster moved to approve the two sets of minutes and Councilman Kyle Brost seconded; the record states the motion carried. The minutes record that accounts payable vouchers were also approved, but do not list a mover, seconder or a roll-call tally.
The agenda listed an ordinance violation appeal by Rosendo Contreras; the minutes note the appellant did not appear. The council also recorded that a hearing regarding utility disconnects will be held (the minutes give no additional scheduling details). The council scheduled its next regular meeting for Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2024.
The meeting record closes with routine departmental reports and community comments and then adjournment.
