Cyr said she is familiar with the broker from the prior auction. Rideout recommended waiting to see if either proposed deal materializes and asked staff to obtain information from the broker. Lavoie expressed concern about prolonging the matter and asked at what point the board should take action. Selectman Shane Beattie asked staff to gather any available information for the next meeting.
No motion to deed the property or to take other formal action was recorded on Dec. 1; the board asked staff to follow up with the broker and to report back at the next meeting.
