The Wymore Community Redevelopment Authority on April 21 approved a tax-increment financing (TIF) grant to Wymore Insurance to subsidize energy-efficient front windows and an ADA-compliant door.
Applicant Angela Meyer was present to answer questions. The board reviewed an estimate from Sullivan Construction that put the total project cost at $13,872.03; the CRA agreed to pay half the cost, $6,936. Jane Mallam moved to approve the grant; Caleb McKeever seconded. The motion carried 5-0.
