Training by the vendor was described as free as part of the package.
Commissioner Valerie Sottile moved to proceed with the option that offered the most functionality for the least cost; Commissioner Cathia Stewart seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
Mayor Patricia Williams and Town Clerk Shirley Wilson noted the administrator appointed to maintain the site could update content in-house, and the board directed staff to finalize vendor selection and follow up with a contract.
