"This will be the city authorizing me to initiate litigation, with regards to the 519 Green Street property, currently indexed under Mary A. Woodward," Amanda said. Commissioners voted in favor of the motion after returning from executive session.
The motion passed and the city attorney was directed to proceed. The commission did not discuss detailed legal strategy in open session; Amanda said the item was discussed in executive session under KRS 61.8101(c) and the authorization was recorded in open session.
